I have found that water aerobics and yoga for well being keeps my fibro that I can function. I work a 40 hour week, ball room dance, a lot of heavy yard work. I don't take medication unless I really am in pain and then I will take naproxen and maybe a zanax to sleep. I have tried tylenol pm and excedrin pm also. I feel the yoga slow stretching first thing in the am is a good thing for me. It hurts but I feel and know I am ok then to proceed.
