Have you gone to a rheumatologist yet? There are several aggresive treatments available that are not anti-inflammatories. I have begun Enbrel, an injection I give myself twice a week, which has been recently approved for rheumatoid arthritis, and I am getting wonderful results. There is absolutely no reason you should still be suffering like you are! Please write and let me know of your progress. Take care.
