Hi Carol, I saw your message to someone else and I too would appreciate your feed back. I have plantar fascitis in both feet, one worse than other at this time. I have been treat with cortisone and shoe inserts by the podiatrist which helped for a short period. I was then sent to an orthopedist by my family practice M.D. who then perscribed a different insole (I have over $800 worth of insoles now). I have done the ussual exercises, ice ect. with little help. This has been on going over the past 2 years. He now suggest a cast and if that doesn't work surgery. I am very reluctant to have the surgery. I am curious to know why you still have problems post surgery. Would you do it again. I have to stand at work alot almost 8-10hours in a 12 hour day. I would greatly appreciate any isite you can give me.
