Im having alot of trouble closing my eyes at night. Images of a terrible accident, is burned in my brain....I re-live the trauma just about every night! I have and still try therapy, sedatives, and nothing is working. I usually stay awake untill I fall asleep sitting up. That is.... if I sleep at all. I know Im not alone,so can I get someone too throw some advice my way. GOD BLESS
