My father was diagnosed with colon cancer in Christmas of 1998. He had a couple of surgeries called "oblation". The cut a small hole in his abdomen and burn away the tumors. He than had chemo. It would have been better had he done simply the oblation. The chemo made him so sick and he is passing away right now. I can recommend a good book"NOw That YOu Have Cancer" It may have better treatment than my father had. My father had the type of cancer which spread from his colon to liver to his chest cavity.
