i was dx with dermatomyositis 12-00.am currently on prednisone and methotrexate.my enzyme levels have gone into the "normal "range but i still have residual ,muscle weakness.i am a paramedic by trade but still cant return to full duty because of the lifting and physical demands of the job.but my rheu dr cleared me for "light duty".i would like to communicate with anyone else who has this disease.Thanx.
