My dad has just been dignosed with sybcortical dementia and is very verbal to my mom and very verbal to friends and family. Its very hard on my mom doing it all and not getting any apprieciation back. They live in Florida now, but talked dad finally into moving to Va. Beach to be closer to my brothers so we can help and give my mom some much needed breaks. I feel for a person that has been loved for so long, then to be treated as such. They are very strong people to put up with such punishment. But strong people need breaks too. Hang in there, for I know its very hard. But deep down I know they both appriciate and love you just as much as before, just very hard to show now. Love and my prayers are with you. Arleen
