Food has nothing to do with acne: this is already proven. I haven't found the perfect solution for it, but I don't think there is. For moderate acne, sensitive and oil skin, I use proactive every other day -just on the evenings-, washing my face twice a day with its cleanser -wich is more genle than any soap-, and then aloe vera gel as a moisturizer. My biggest concern is how "shiny" it looks sometimes and that the red spots wont go away completely. But, in general, it works well. I am going for peelings to have my scars removed. Im still looking for a better, more cosmetic but yet SCIENTIFIC solution.
