You didn't say whether you are male or female, the only stipulation about Accutane(a massive dose of Vitamin A) is that if you are female, you can't become pregnant while receiving Accutane, it could be harmful to the fetus. Please try the Accutane, I know three people, one of them my sister, that had AMAZING results with Accutane. It could be expensive but it is worth it. Go forth and conquer that acne!!! God bless..
