I am 24 yrs old & experiencing dry eye syndrome, so I can't wear contact lenses. At about the same time as I noticed these systems I learned of a 13cm ovarian cyst which has since been removed (4 weeks ago) Has any one associated dry eyes with ovarian cysts? If so what treatments were successful. With the removal of the cyst can I expect hormonal changes to naturally "cure" my dry eyes, and if so how long should I expect this to take. I appreciate any information from anyone. Thanks
