Have you asked your doctor about doing a clean up surgery to remove the necrosis ? I believe that necrosis can still put pressure on the tumor site causing deficits. My brother had speech problems, and after his second surgery, he was able to speak again. Good Luck, and remember, if you don't get answers, get a second or even third opinion !
