Hi, I received your e-mail; thanks. Doesn't you health inurance, Blue Cross need a prescription frpm your doctor for these massages. Mine does. I also have Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Fl. My second massage was much better than my first. Much, much less pain, maybe only slight. I also started taking Elevil (amytriptiline) the same day as the massage. Something has made a difference. Perhaps the the two together, elevil and massages. It's so hard to figure things out because they change and flux so often. My worst areas are in my sacrolliac joints and hips. I have a real tough time getting off that massage table. It is almost amusing. Have a good day. J.W.
