I would like any info reguarding FM and chronic pain. My internist hasn't helped much. I use Duragesic patches and Norco 10 for pain. I'm in bed more than I'm up. Have had 37 cervical epidurals which helped cervical neck pain, but my bones began breaking so had to quit those in 1996. Since then I've had no life. Now it's affected my intestines. Antibiotics do help but why? I'm unable to take medicines because of irritable bowel and ulcers. If anyone could give me some hints on how to cope and what meds, please help. I will be able to see a rheumatoidologist in Aug. I've lost 65 lbs. and I can only drink ensure for one year now. Vitamins upset my stomach. Vioxx upsets my stomach too. Really need some good advise from someone who has been treated by a good Dr. Thank-you, Lana
