I had a partial hys. in March and the only problem I still have is terrible constipation and gas. I also have a numb abdomen near my navel but no oneknows why. I have tried everything for constipation except regular exercise which I will try to do. Laxatives work, but harshly, and I don't want to stay on those. I think I am "hung up" somewhere in there.
