She needs to see a DR. There could be a blood clot ot something else going on her in head. It may or may not even be related to her previous injury. Your son will have to be delicate about suggesting a Dr. (but firm!) it is very hard for someone that has had brain injury to have people tell you that something else is wrong woth you or that you are acting strange.
