My husband has AS and has been off his meds for 17 months now! He takes Osteo Bi-flex (herbal supplement) and sees a chiropractor. In the beginning, he needed adjustments 3 times per week, but now it's only twice a month or less. e-mail me if you have questions. I'm not sure if the supplement is safe during pregnancy.
